Our team advanced claims for extension of time, prolongation costs, productivity losses and unforeseen ground conditions against the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the respective host country.
Our team worked on an 800 apartments two phased residential development, the first of its kind in Eastern Europe; the towers reached 26 levels (two underground) in a geotechnically unstable and seismic risk area. Our team provided contract management and cost control activities on site and the tendering of parts of the works and various subsequent packages on the project (facility management, leasing of commercial areas).
